CISAA : : A Complete Information System of Amino Acids

First of all, we would like to thank our project in-charge Mr. Dhiraj Sharma, for his continuous support in the project. He was always there to listen, give advice and solve our weird problems. He showed us different ways to approach a research problem and the need to be persistent to accomplish any goal. Mr. Gaurav Gupta as our guide; guided us in study of natural science and in our first encounter with computing. He, along with Mr. Dhiraj Sharma, helped us explore the ideas, organization, requirements and development of project. Our Project in-charge taught us techniques needed for drawing an environment to access knowledge-based systems like CISAA. It is his constant guidance that made it possible to programme the CISAA in its best form.

Without their encouragement and constant guidance (and the Tender Loving Care for us), it would not have been possible to finish this project work. They were always there to discuss our ideas, to proofread and mark up our papers and chapters, and to ask us good questions to think through our problems (whether philosophical, analytical or computational). They also made the Lab a wonderful workplace and a home for the time. The beautiful weather at Panchkula has kept us in good spirits.

Very much thanks to our Organization Head Mr. Kunal Dixit for providing, our ever expanding computer equipment needs and help in editing the final draft of the project work. We are also greatly indebted to him for helping us to develop our idea and vision of what we can do with Bioinformatics. Again, we would like to thank all of our Head and guides for continuous support and encouragement to pursue our interests in such project work.

Lastly, we would also like to thank all the class participants for the early discussions on this topic, for a large number of excellent suggestions during a meticulous and tireless shepherding process.
